Trusynth Fast has a fast and predictable absorption rate, and provides wound support upto 7 days and gets absorbed by hydrolysis quicker than polyglactin-910 suture (within 28 – 42 days of implantation).

Due to its rapid loss of tensile strength, Trusynth Fast suture should not be used where extended approximation of tissue under stress is required or where wound support beyond 7 days is required. It should not be used for ligation, and in cardiovascular and neurological tissues.

  • Coated with a mixture of polyglactin 370 co-polymer (30% Glycolide and 70% Lactide) and calcium stearate
