- Possessing extensive SAP FICO experience in designing finance frameworks, process flows and MIS reporting.
- Implementing and supporting SAP FI/CO modules, including S/4 HANA.
- Handling financial reporting, including P&L, year-end closures, cash flow management
and the full lifecycle of FICO. - Working with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI and SAP BIBO for real-time
dashboard reporting. - Collaborating across SAP modules: SD (Sales Orders, Delivery, Billing, Pricing) and MM
(Purchase Orders, MIGO, MIRO). - Troubleshooting issues related to the general ledger (trial balance, bank accounts)
and AR/AP (master data, credit management, posting, payment terms and automatic
payment programs). - Managing GL, AP, AR master data uploads, inter-company accounting and
reconciliations. - Overseeing Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Asset Accounting (AA)
processes. - Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS and TCS regulations.
- Monitoring adherence to business policies and SOPs.
- Training end-users and troubleshooting day-to-day FI module transactions.
- Supporting month-end and year-end closings and resolving associated issues.
- Assisting with testing, documentation and implementing system changes.
- Optional: Managing SAP Concur for travel and expense reporting.
Qualifications: BE, MBA Finance or Commerce Graduate
