Roles & Responsibility
• Accountable for achieving sales goals through the acquisition and development of new customers, and expansion of the product line within the existing customer base.
• Schedule appointments for a medium territory/client base (doctors) and meet with new and existing customers, seeking to expand business market share.

• 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in the Endo Surgery industry, specifically in the areas of business development and sales.
• Independent and possesses the ability to develop connections with customers to foster strong business relationships.
• Responsible for being a solutions provider through establishing trust with customers and ongoing relationships in a consultative atmosphere.
• Able to have a pulse on the medical device and complex Endo Surgery market to assess, negotiate and close high-level executive deals.
• Self-motivated and thrives in a fast growing Endo Surgery market, with the ability to grow business by selling strategic partnerships across the entire product range.
• Develop and lead all sales, growth strategies and activities for a specific geographic territory.
• Generate new revenue opportunities within a given strategic market, while managing existing accounts to meet and exceed annual sales, marketing plans and objectives.
• Maintain a pipeline of new opportunities at all times, ensuring it is sufficient to meet the revenue goal.
